1. What does working with AMS imply?

A close communication will always make the tech recruitment process smoother.

A hiring manager who we can be in contact with would be mandatory through the recruitment process.

We need to have you onboard during the recruitment process so that the role be filled ASAP

2. Will I have an account manager?

Every new customers has an account manager who will keep in touch closely with your hiring managers through the recruitment process.

Account manager will provide you periodic reports about recruitment status and also valuable information regarding job market.

3. How many candidates will we receive from AMS?

Usually, most tech recruitment projects are closed with 1 to 5 presented candidates.

Our principle is to keep you updated with candidates as long as the role is empty. Perseverance is a must in IT recruitment

4. How about a short list?

It is up to you.

Short lists might be more time consuming to provide in IT recruiting, as we have to take care all presented candidates are available in the same time.

We recommend our customers to take a decision regarding a candidate as soon as they can as most candidates are in multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

5. When to expect first candidates after starting collaboration?

After we sign an agreement and we receive the must have information about the role, it takes between 2 to 4 days to present you suitable candidates.

Tech recruitment should be performed with speed and quick results.

6. How much will the recruitment process last?

Time-to-hire and time-to-fill are key indicators in  tech recruitment.

Depending on the candidate availability and how many steps the recruitment process has on your side, from the moment we start the process until the candidate starts working with you, it can take from 4 weeks up to 4 months

7. If I would like to hire one month from now on, am I late?

Most likely yes.

The majority of candidates in IT recriutment are working so they need notice period in order to start working for a new company.

But, sometimes, candidates can be available immediately, although we should not count on this  

8. Do I have to make payments upfront?

The answer is no.

We are tech recruiters and we work only based on success fee and charge you for the recruited candidate only after starting working with you (first day of work)

9. What if the candidate resigns?

Our standard agreement covers you in these situations.

We provide a 2 up to 4 months warranty period for the recruited candidates, so that in case your collaboration ends sooner, we replace the candidate free of charge.

10. What else do I need to know?

Well, there might be a lot to know, but most importantly is that if you want to fill the role sooner than later, it is better to take a decision right now. Speed is of the essence in tech recruitment
